The said statement is taken on record. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 3. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of, taking on record the aforesaid statement. The Respondents are directed to act in consonance with the said statement, and take further consequential steps, as may be warranted.
