The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that one of the accused has challenged the final report, which was pending before this Court and subsequently that was dismissed by this Court and challenging the said order, Special Leave Petition is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though Special Leave Petition is pending, there is no interim order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 5.
