By way of filing of this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the Investigating Agency to not involve the vehicle of the petitioner bearing No.RJ14-GC- 3614 in FIR No.263/2017 and further prayer has been made for quashing the investigation against the petitioner. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted on 27.04.2018 in FIR No.263/2017 registered at Police Station Udyog Nagar, Kota City against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 279, 304A, 179 and 201 IPC read with Section 134/187, 39/192, 56/192, 66/192, 146/196 and 3/181 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
