ORAL ORDER Smt.Shivani Shetty., counsel on behalf of Sri.B.Sudhakar., for the petitioner, Sri.Manjunatha Rayappa., AGA for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri.Shivarudra., counsel for respondent No.3 have appeared in person. 2. The captioned Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Order dated 26.06.2019 bearing G.O.No. AA KU KAA 29 FCR 2017, Bangalore passed by the first respondent vide Annexure-A and a Mandamus directing the first respondent to reconsider its representations dated 20.04.2016 and 15.06.2016 at Annexures-G and H respectively after conducting a proper inspection on the petitioner institution to accord permission to restart its Nursing School in accordance with the law. - 3 -

3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The petitioner contends that the earlier Government accorded permission to run ANM School for the Academic Year
2012. The Government did not continue the same. Hence, the petitioner was constrained to make a representation before the Government. The representation was considered and the Government declined to accord the request of the petitioner on the ground that the Government had already started its own ANM Schools. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
The order of the Government is furnished along with the Writ Petition and the same is marked as Annexure-A. A careful perusal of the same would reflect that the Officer concerned extenso referred to the material on record and rejected the request of the petitioner for continuation of ANM School. The reasons assigned is just and proper. Moreover, a perusal of the statement of objections and documents i.e., Annexure-R4 reflects that the Government has already established its own ANM Schools in various Districts. Hence, the rejection is just
