With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matters are heard at this stage. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by Inder Singh Thakur & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation on 13.05.2025 (Annexure 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 CWP No. 4830/2023 a/w connected matter decided on 07.04.2025 2 P-4) to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of her grievance raised in this writ petition. Learned counsel also submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid decision, within a time bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and in terms of the above decision, within a period of six weeks from today.
