The present application is filed for impleadment of Mission Director of Assam Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 in the connected WP(C) 6229/2022 as respondent No. 6. Perused the statement made in the application as well as the pleadings in the connected writ petition. Considering the issued raised, this court is of the opinion that the Mission Director of Assam Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Kahilipara, Guwhati-19 shall be a necessary party. Accordingly, the present application stands allowed and the said Mission Director of Assam Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 be impleaded as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition.
