ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:-
“…to issue an appropriate a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare action of the Respondents No.4 to 12 in not considering the letters issued by the petitioner association in favour of the petitioner association office bearers in the counseling conducted on 16.06.2025 and 17.06.2025 as contrary to the proceedings of the 1st Respondent dt 15.06.2022 vide Memo No.GADOI-SWOSERA/ 27/2019-SW consequently direct the Respondents No.4 to 12 to consider the letters issued by the petitioner association by retaining the office bearers at the same place and to pass such other
order or orders.…”
2. Heard Sri B.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time submits that petitioner is willing to go before the Government and make appropriate representations seeking for reconsideration of transfers of office bearers in view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.14312 of 2025 suspending the abeyance orders dated 13.06.2025.
4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of granting such liberty to petitioner to make representation and on such representation being made, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________________
