No. 3301 of 2025 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to extend the time to comply with the orders dated 26.9.2024/10.7.2025. Although, vide order dated 10.7.2025, opportunity to comply with the second condition of order dated 26.9.2024 has been granted to the applicant, however, the said order has not been complied with. In view of the persuasive submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, and in the interest of justice, the present application is allowed and orders dated 26.9.2024/10.7.2025 are ordered to be complied with, within seven days from today, i.e. on or before 6.8.2025.
