Heard Ms. Vedula Chitralekha, learned Counsel representing Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri D. Prudhvi Teja,
learned Counsel representing Sri Sai Sanjay Suraneni, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2.
2. Sri D. Prudhvi Teja, learned Counsel representing Sri Sai Sanjay Suraneni, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Divisional Retail Sales Head, Vijayawada Divisional Office, dated 17.07.2025. Copy of it is not supplied to the Counsel appearing on behalf of the Writ Petitioner, as he is appearing online. The same are taken on record.
3. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder:
"It may be noted that the stoppage was based solely on the legal notice issued by the landowner, and there was no termination of dealership. Further, the dealership continues to exist, and supply has been resumed. As per latest update, the RO is fully operational, and the issues between the parties have been settled amicably pursuant to order dated 15.11.2019."
4. The above extract would indicate that the dealership of the Writ Petitioner continues to exist and supply has been resumed.
5. Having noted the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, as no further consideration is necessary.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
7. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
