Devi is present for the respondent No.1/claimant who is the applicant in this case. Learned counsel Mr. P. Hazarika is present for the opposite party No. 1/Insurance company. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has prayed to direct the respondent No. 1 to deposit 50% of the awarded amount of Rs. 14,74,000/-. Vide judgment and Page No.# 4/4 order dated 11.04.2023, learned Member, MACT, Sonitpur, Tezpur, directing the insurer to pay the awarded amount of RS. 14,74,000/- with interest of 6% p.a. from the date of filing of the claim petition till full and final realization. 3. Learned counsel for the Insurer has submitted that they will deposit 50% of the awarded amount. Opposite party/Insurance company is directed to deposit 50% of the aforementioned amount within 6 (six) weeks from today. 4. Learned counsel for the insurer has no objection. 5. Applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the Insurance company from the Registry of this Court after proper verification of the claimant. 6.
