Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition may be disposed of, at the stage of admission itself, directing respondent No.3 to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 27.10.2016, within a period of four (04) weeks, by duly considering the representation of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, in accordance with law. 3.
