The allegation against the petitioner is that he has been involved in Page No.# 2/2 conspiracy of receiving an ordered copy of the judgment of Misc Application No. 66/2020 dated 18.08.2021 and the date of order was 21.08.2021. The informant was on leave during this period and the petitioner is suspected of having received the copy in the petitioner’s absence. 3. The petitioner has been granted interim bail vide order dated 17.12.2024, by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. The petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and he has co-operated with the investigation. The petitioner has not violated any bail conditions. 5.
