Heard Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has placed on record the proceedings, dated 05.02.2026, whereunder, the case of the writ petitioner has been considered and has now been promoted to the post of Senior Assistant. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner indeed has been promoted. However, he further contends that despite petitioner being promoted, she has not been paid salary and other consequential benefits. 5. As can be seen from the directions issued in the Writ Petition, the respondents are merely required to promote the petitioner, which now been reported. Insofar as the salary and other benefits are concerned, as there is no specific direction, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate the same in an appropriate proceeding. 6. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
