Petitioner is working as head of Mechanical Engineering, Government Polytechnic, Kuppam, Chittoor. In view of general transfers being undertaken in pursuance to G.O.Ms.No.23 dated 15.05.2025, he has made a request transfer to consider his case for transfer at Government Polytechnic, Tirupati, in view of clear vacancy. Even it is stated that petitioner has been evaluated for the purpose of considering transfer and was awarded 2.233 points and after counseling, though respondents had issued G.O.Rt.No.92 dated 16.06.2025, transferring and posting various heads of sections in Government 3 Polytechnics, petitioner name has not been figured in it. Petitioner immediately made a representation dated 17.06.2025 requesting to consider his case for transfer as the process of counseling clearly identified vacancies with S.V.Government Polytechnic, Tirupati and the same is stated to be pending. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on afpresaid representation. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-ll appearing for respondents, on the other hand, on instructions submits that the request of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. In view of the same, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed at admission stage by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 17.06.2025 and appropriate orders within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. 6. pass 7.
