At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that the aforesaid account of the petitioner has been de-freezed and re-started w.e.f. 31.08.2023, hence under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the (2 of 2) [CW-10385/2023] petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has been rendered infructuous. 3.
