The appellant has preferred this appeal for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 94/2021, registered at Police Station Dantewada, District – South Bastar- Dantewada (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 and Section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors (Interest) Act, 2005.

Learned State counsel raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the present appeal for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellant, as the same is not maintainable in view of the provisions contained in Section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI

Learned counsel for the appellant could not waive out the preliminary objection raised by the learned State counsel, hence, the present appeal of the appellant – Bansi Lal, for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 94/2021, registered at Police Station Dantewada, District – South Bastar- Dantewada (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 and Section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors (Interest) Act, 2005, is dismissed as not maintainable, in view of Section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors (Interest) Act, 2005.
