No.264/2025, registered with the Police Station Ramnagaria, District Jaipur (East) for offences under Sections 3/2025 (1-B) (a) of Arms Act. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made at bar. 4. The allegation against the accused petitioner is of offence punishable under Section 3/25 (1-B)(a) of Arms Act in view of the fact that 53 cartridges were recovered from the house of the accused petitioner. 5. Having considered the allegations against the accused [2025:RJ-JP:23345] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7760/2025] petitioner so also the fact the accused petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025 and the petitioner being a woman, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided she furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that she shall appear before the trial Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
