Without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let appropriate order/action on the Inquiry Report be taken, within a period of three months from today. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation as far as the merits of the case is concerned and the Authority concerned shall independently take an appropriate call on the Inquiry Report, without being influenced by any observation made by the Court in this writ petition.
