Petitioner is working as Field Assistant and he has been placed under suspension pending enquiry. Later, after conducting due enquiry, 3rd respondent has passed final orders dated 02.04.2025 terminating the services of the petitioner. Assailing the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before 2nd respondent on 15.04.2025. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that 2nd respondent is not deciding the said appeal. 3. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that appeal filed by the petitioner would be disposed of within a period of 30 days. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders of appeal dated 15.04.2025 preferred by petitioner, after providing due opportunity of hearing within a period 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
