At the heading of the order sheet, the Case No. and the applicable provisions have been wrongly mentioned as “Jiaganj Police Station Case No.483 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 under sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/25/29 of the NDPS”, instead of “Santiniketan Police Station Case No.109 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 under Sections 420/406/120B of Indian Penal Code”. The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 20.08.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
