Mr. RK Deepak, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 states that the directions of the Court order dated 23.08.2022 passed in WP(C)No.281 of 2021 has been complied with by the respondents vide respondent department’s order dated 24.10.2024 and the copy of the said proceedings dated 24.10.2024 also enclosed in MC(Cont.Cas(C)No.72 of 2024. Further, it is informed that the respondent department has also submitted papers to the Accountant General, Manipur for further process for disbursing the amount. In view of the above, the respondent department has complied with the direction of this Court and consequently, the Contempt petition as well as the Misc. stand closed. If any dispute regarding the payment of the amount, it is for the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
