These matters were disposed of by order dated 20.04.2026 and have come up today for reporting compliance. 2. Mr Gadodia, learned counsel for the petitioners, accepts that the principal amount has been refunded to the petitioners. He, however, submits that till date the interest component has not been paid. 3. Mr A.K. Yadav, learned Sr. S.C.-I, states that the interest payment was being processed and now the Law Department has sanctioned the amount. On instruction he states that the interest component will also be paid to the petitioners within a maximum period of one week from today. 4. The above statement is accepted and the proceedings are closed in the fond hope that the petitioners should not have to once again approach this Court. If the amount is not paid within a week as stated and the petitioners are forced to come to this Court once again, the matter will be viewed seriously and Officers responsible for the delay would be made personally liable. 5.
