The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 (G.R. No. 1521 of 2025), for the offences registered under Sections 417/420/506/376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 420/376/506 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of Miss. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 23 years. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss.
