Even today also when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. It indicates that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Criminal Petition for default. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
