The petitioner with a grievance that he has not been paid with pension and terminal benefits has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to the respondents to pay all the benefits due to him. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that the petitioner was facing disciplinary proceedings, which was concluded on 21.03.2025 and he was imposed with a punishment of Rs.1,000/-. Therefore, now there is no impediment for the respondents to pay the benefits due to the petitioner and it would be settled within a period of two months. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
