2. It is stated that despite repeated representations to the authorities, no action has been taken.
3. We dispose of this petition in terms of the directions already issued in the common order passed in W.P(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch dated
14.09.2022. The respondents are directed to take appropriate action if it is found that any of the lands belonging to the Government is found to be encroached unauthorisedly by any private entities preferably, within a period
2 X of four (4) months. Action taken by the authorities be communicated to the petitioner or his counsel. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
