Petitioner is before this Court under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, with a prayer to grant him transit anticipatory bail in Crime No.61/2025 registered by Dhule Cyber Police Station, Maharashtra. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has received an Enquiry Notice in the aforesaid criminal case from the Investigation Officer and petitioner intends to approach the jurisdictional Court and file necessary application seeking anticipatory bail. He submits that petitioner apprehends arrest in the meanwhile and therefore, some protection may be given to the petitioner so as to enable him to file necessary application seeking anticipatory bail before the jurisdictional Court. 4. Learned HCGP does not seriously oppose the prayer made in the petition and he submits that for a limited period of 15 days, petitioner may be granted protection. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the Notice received by him from the Inspector of Police, Cyber Police Station, Dhule, Maharashtra, asking petitioner to appear before him for the purpose of enquiry in Crime No.61/2025 registered by Cyber Police Station, Dhule, Maharashtra. Petitioner intends to file necessary application seeking anticipatory bail before the jurisdictional Court and since he apprehends arrest in the meanwhile, he is seeking transit anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter and also taking into consideration the submissions made on both sides, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of transit anticipatory bail needs to be granted for a limited period of three weeks. Accordingly, the following order:- 7. The petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, so as to enable him to make necessary application before the jurisdictional Court seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.61/2025 registered by Cyber Police Station, Dhule, Maharashtra. In the meanwhile, - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:13910 CRL.P No. 4543 of 2025 in the event of his arrest in the above case by respondent- Police or any other Police, he shall be released, subject to the following conditions: a) The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer; b) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
