The case on hand pertains to Rajakamberam Kanmoi in Othakadai Panchayat Limits. In respect of the very same water body, we had passed an order dated 23.10.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.2706 of 2019. Pursuant to the direction given by this Court, works have been taken up to strengthen the tank bund and also to build the retention wall. The walking area is also proposed to be provided. 3. The learned Government Advocate categorically states that steps are being taken to prevent pollution of the said water body. We direct the respondents to ensure that no garbage is dumped into the said water body. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
