Colony, Palthuru village, Vidapanakal mandal ….Petitioner Principal Secretary, Respondents 2 BSB, J W.P.No.29983 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in passing the orders in Case No. 2170 / 2025, dated 26.09.2025, for cancelling the gift deed No. 8825 of 2024, dated 03.09.2024, executed by the petitioner’s mother, without conducting proper enquiry as illegal, irregular, unjust and violation of the principles of natural justice and violation of the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908, and the Specific Performance Act, 1963 thereunder and consequently the Court may set aside / quash the impugned order in Case No. 2170 / 2025, dated 26.09.2025, and direct the respondent No. 6 to provide police protection to the petitioner and restrain the respondents Nos. 8 to 13 from interfering with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment of the property in the interests of justice.” 2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she had filed a letter in the Registry requesting permission to withdraw the writ petition. 3.
