Before notices could be issued in the instant case, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, while putting in appearance on behalf of the non-applicants/respondents placed on record communication dated 29.8.2025, issued under the signature of Divisional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, to state that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, services of the petitioner have been regularized on the analogy of judgment rendered by Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos.1557-1564 of 2019 (arising out of SLP(C) Nos. 16158-16165 of 2016, titled as HRTC v. Lekh Ram etc. and judgment dated 14.12.2021 passed in CWP No. 2334 of 2021, titeld as Mohit Sharma v. HRTC. He states that as far as consequential benefits are concerned, same shall be released in terms of instructions dated 7.1.2012. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and as such, same is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings qua surviving grievance, if any.
