Heard Mr. SAB Khabir, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, namely, (1)Majiran Bibi and (2) Raja Khan were granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 17.12.2024 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 339/2024 and has submitted that the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the interim bail granted to the petitioners, by order dated 17.12.2024 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos.
