Heard Sri K.S.Murthy, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appeared for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is troubled by the 5th respondent at behest of the 6th respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner’s wife and the 6th respondent were running digital image printing business under the style of Veronica Digital press at Vijayawada. Subsequently, the 6th respondent addressed a letter notice to the other partners, duly intimating about his retirement from the partnership. The petitioner set up a separate business under the name and style of M/s. Sai Veronica digi press and the 5th respondent is now interfering with the day to day business activities of M/s. Sai Veronica digi press at behest of the 6th respondent. 3. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent not to interfere with the day to day business activities of M/s. Sai Veronica Digi Press or the petitioner. It is also made clear that the petitioner shall not interfere in the civil disputes relating to the partnership disputes, if any between the 3 petitioner and the 6th respondent, without following due procedure of law. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
