Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents dated 21.07.2023 for grant of patta and chitta. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 5.
