Page No.# 2/2 On 27.01.2025 this Court had directed the petitioner to produce the proof of depositing of 20% of the cheque amount before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Morigaon and that the interim prayer of the applicant will be considered on production of such proof. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the certified true copy of the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by the Additonal Chief Judicial Magistrate, Morigaon wherein it is stated that the convict/petitioner had already deposited 20% of the compensation amount and he is already on bail before the appellate Court. The Additonal Chief Judicial Magistrate, Morigaon had therefore allowed the petitioner/accused to go on bail upon execution of a bail bond of Rs 10,000/-. The petitioner has therefore prayed that in the interim, he may be allowed to go on previous bail till the adjudication of this petition. Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to remain on previous bail till the pendency of this petition. With this direction, the Interlocutory Application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
