It is respondent temple although owns huge extents of land it does not cater to any the needs of the devotees who visit th food and accommodation. It is s huge extents of land s who visit the temple s the petitioner with the permission of n providing food and accommodation to the devotees of the temple. It is further contended that the temple authorities have allotted land and allowed him to construct the building and allowed him to provide food and accommodation to devotees. The petitioner has been providing such services for the past 50 years. However, the temple authorities are now proposing to evict the petitioner from the said premises without following the due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition. 3. Ms. Subhashini Anne, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3, submits that no eviction proceedings have been initiated as of date, and if any such is proposed the same will be in accordance with the procedure contemplated the Act 4. Having regard to the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law. 5. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
