The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 345/2025, for the offences registered under sections 308(4), 308(5), 111(3), 317 (2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25 (1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 308(4), 308(5), 111(3), 317 (2), 336(2), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 (1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms, pending in the Court of Sri Ajay Kr. Guria, learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. It appears that co-accused Rahul Kumar Singh alongwith this petitioner was interrogated by the police in connection with Golmuri P.s. Case No. 133 of 2024. During the interrogation, Rahul Kumar Singh has confessed that he is the brother of Sonu Singh who was running an extortion racket. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that co-accused namely Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Kumar Singh @ Rahul Singh and Md. Sahnawaz @ Shahrukh Khan @ Babu have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kr. Guria, learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 345/2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
