The learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that as per the communication of the Investigating Officer, the amount in dispute is ₹12,711/-, but the entire account of the petitioner has been frozen. 4. In the light of the admitted disputed amount being ₹12,711/- the account of the petitioner shall be permitted to be operated, subject to marking of lien on the said amount in the account of the petitioner. 5. The salary account of the petitioner shall be thus defrozen forthwith and normal operation of the account be permitted on marking of the lien. Petition stands disposed accordingly.
