Case No. 49 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1072 of 2021, for the offences registered under Section 379, subsequently added Section 411 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. During the intervening night of 20/21.06.2021, theft was committed in Honey Hospital, Dhuraita More, Baladih. 4. It was submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Hirodih P.S.
