This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd Respondent in threatening the Petitioner to vacate and frequently calling suit schedule properties of O.S. No.237 of 2021 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla at the instigation of un-official Respondents as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to interfere with life, liberty and the civil disputes between the Petitioner and un-official Respondents in O.S.No.237 of 2021 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, in the light of the interim order dated 27.08.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in this petition, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Eerla Satheesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents relating to the property which is the subject matter of O.S.No.237 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla. There shall be no order as to costs.
