No. 2820 of 2017. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on an earlier ocassion, this matter was listed before this Court on 18.02.2025. With the consent of both parties, the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the High Court of Madras. The parties have arrived at a settlement, as recorded in a Joint Compromise Memo dated 25.02.2025. A Mediation Report dated 26.02.2025 was sent to this Court along with the said Joint Compromise Memo dated 25.02.2025. Since the matter has been settled by way of a joint compromise memo between the parties, before the mediation, the revision may be disposed of on the basis of the settlement. 3.
