By way of the present application indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- lying deposited, in the Registry of this Court and Rs.50,000/- before the learned trial Court, which have been deposited by the non-applicant/petitioner. In view of no objection, made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/non-applicant, the application under consideration is allowed and amount, so deposited, by the petitioner/non-applicant, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant-bank, by remitting the same to bank account of the applicant, as mentioned in para-4 of the application.
