1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S. Das, learned Addl. Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-
“On the facts and in the circumstances, the petitioner most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to; (i) quash the impugned letter No.39412 dt.30.12.2024 of the OP No.2 under Annexure-8, letter No.1246 dt.16.01.2025 of the OP No.3 under Annexure-9 as well as order No.144 dt.06.05.2025 of the OP No.4 under Annexure-12 by holding the same as bad, illegal and contrary to law; and thereby (ii) direct the opp.parties to forthwith hold review DPC to reconsider the case of the petitioner and to allow him to the rank of Section Officer with all consequential service and monetary benefits as has been done in Annexure-6 series and Annexure-7 series;
Page 2 of 2. (iii) pass such other order as may be deemed fit and proper in the bonafide interest of justice and fair play;
And for which act of your kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray.”
4. It is contended that the issue involved in the present case is covered by an order passed by this Court on 16.03.2026 in W.P.(C) No. 5204 of 2026.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition along with all the pending I.As stand
disposed of in the light of the order passed on 16.03.2026 in W.P.(C) No. 5204 of 2026.
