The order impugned herein was issued in response. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the order cannot be sustained because the order is unreasoned. 3. On perusal of the order, the reason for rejection is mentioned as “muR Gwk;Nghf;F/muR cghp epyk;(ULC lands)/ékpjhd epyk;(Bhoodhan lands)/mdhjPdk; vd;gjhy;”. It is unclear as to which of the above is applicable. No particulars are contained in the impugned order. Therefore, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the order is unreasoned is liable to be accepted. As a consequence, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded for reconsideration by the Tahsildar. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, a speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
