(2025:JHHC:27414) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 7638 of 2025 Shiv Sharma @ Kumar Shivendra @ Raju Sharma, age about 31 years, S/o Aman Kumar Ishwar, R/o village- Siuri, P.O.- Manjaur, P.S.- Chariya Buriyarpur, Dist.- Begusarai, Bihar. … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Aman Kumar Rahul, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Ruby Pandey, A.P.P. --- 02/08.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 111(2) (b), 111(4), 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25(b), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C, Ramgarh. On 05.01.2025, at about 11:10 A.M., Patratu police on the basis of confidential information that unknown criminals have assembled at Alexa Resort, Patratu, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended co-accused persons. On search, fire arms were recovered from the vehicle, in which the accused persons were travelling. It was submitted that petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that co-accused persons who were apprehended at the place of occurrence, have been granted bail by this Court earlier. Mrs. Ruby Pandey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C, Ramgarh, in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
