The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kersai P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 61(2), 319(2), 318(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of Sri S. Bara, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Simdega. 3. The petitioner was a postman of Dumka Post Office and she had delivered A.T.M. Card and Passport of the informant to someone else without proper verification. During the course of the investigation, the same was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Tulsi Dash. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody since 25.11.2024. It was further submitted that co-accused Tulsi Dash has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S. Bara, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Simdega in connection with Kersai P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
