ORDER This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to include the names of respondents 4 and 5, who were working as the Area Head of Ramanathapuram District of Neo Max Financial Establishments as Accused in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.12.2025.
2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
