Case No. 72 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17, 21(b), 22(b), 25, 27 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special-Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribagh. 3. It was submitted that 35 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused persons. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. It appears that co-accused Rohit Kumar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7503 of 2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special-Judge, N.D.P.S.
