It is thus clear that R2 has engaged in unauthorized construction in S.Nos.1760/7 & 1760/8, Kavalkinaru Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District (property / property in question). The written instructions also reveal the pendency of the suit in O.S.No. 110/2023 before the District Munsif, Valliyoor. 3. There is a direction to R1 to do the needful in respect of the present encroachment in accordance with law and subject to the progress in the civil litigation. 4.
