The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Giridih. 3. On 03.01.2025, eight unknown persons committed dacoity in the house of the informant and looted R. 2,50,000/-, jewelries and other articles from there. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that motorcycle and some cash are alleged to have been recovered from his house, but the motorcycle and cash belongs to the petitioner. It was finally submitted that several co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih in connection with Birni P.S.
