ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking the indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ to declare the action of the Respondent No.1 in not completing further process with regard to enhancement of age of superannuation of the Doctors who possessed the PG Degree or PG Diploma till attaining the age of 63 years in terns of G.O.Ms.No.86 Health Medical and Family Welfare (A) Department, dated 31.05.2017 in pursuance of the proposal submitted by the Respondent No.5 by proceedings in Lr.Re.No.5784/E1/2017 dated 19.07.2017 to the Respondent No.1 despite concurrence given by the Finance Department by Fin.U.O.33023/78/HR IV/2018,Com.No.456470 issued by the 2nd Respondent as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory mala fide, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and further declare the G.O.Rt.No.49 Labour

Employment Training Factories (IMS and VIG) Department, dated 02.04.2019 issued by the Respondent No.1 insofar as the Petitioner is concerned as equally arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, mala fide and unconstitutional and set aside the same and issue consequent directions directing the Respondent No.1 to complete the further process with regard to enhancing the age of superannuation as 63 years in terms of G.O.Ms. No.86 Health Medical and Family Welfare Department, dated 03.05.2017 issued by the Government on such proposal to enhancement of the age of retirement up to 63 years in IMS Medical Services department also on par with Doctors in the Medical Department despite obtaining permission from the Finance Department and continue the Petitioner in service up to attaining the age of 63 years or declare that the Petitioner is entitled to continue in service till attaining the age of 63 years in terms of G.O.Rt.No.86 Health Medical and Family Welfare (A) Department, dated 31.05.2017.”

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 01.10.2019, the Petitioner was continued in service and attained the age of superannuation after completing 60 years and that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3. Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the Petitioner is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
